Where is the on-the-field proof? I don’t care about butt slaps and attaboys.

Does he perform in there clutch? No. Does he ever put the team on his back and carry them to victory? No. Does his leadership translate to a disciplined well-oiled offense? No. Does he show up in big games, playoff games. No.

Where is the proof?! *Avon Barksdale voice*
Dak Haters loved Andy Dalton's Leadership....until the players Tangibly didn't come to his rescue in DC!!:lmao2:

Dak Hate is NOT about Football...

Dak played like Romo yesterday, but Romo never got this level of hate. Go figure.

With Romo we always had a shot if we need a score with 2 minutes to go. He might get a td, he might get picked but we had hope.

When Dak got the ball with just over two minutes to go most of us probably expected the 3 and out.

Being a great leader doesnt excuse you from messing up

Every quarterback is a good leader when his team is winning. When the team loses, he's a bad one. It's about as silly as determining how great a QB is based on the team's wins and losses.

Dak is a great leader, the problem is that there are 15 QBs that are better leaders

His teammates like him. I’ve been an employee, a shift lead a d shift manager.,there’s a myth that likability equals leadership. Some guys have personality, abd get along with everyone( but can’t motivate anyone. They can’t push anyone. They can’t get the absolute best out of someone because they need guys to like them, that’s their number one goal, I don’t know if Daks a goud leader. Maybe he’s just likable. Some guys aren’t as likable but can lead with the best of then abd can push yiu to get everything out if your ability,
