Per team web site there are 25 TV stations on the Cowboys preseason network in five states.

For the non-Texas residents, the game will be on again Friday afternoon on NFL Network, 4 to 7 pm eastern time (so 3-6 for Texas). I'm not staying up past 1 a.m. over here so the rebroadcast will be my agenda.

Yes it is. Simply search "Cowboys" in the App Store. I have an iPhone and have used this for years. There is about a 5 second lag versus live TV feed, but I usually sync up and then mute my TV for the Cowboys broadcast.

Edit: misunderstood your question. The Radio button at top is where you click. Pre game show is usually on there 30 min before.

I saw a ticker across the top of the screen during the Eagles vs Steelers replay and said it won't be shown. So, who knows? Keeping fingers crossed. Thanks.
