Where to write if the HOF voters screw us again

I'm getting my email outbox warmed up for another Cowboys snub.

I remember our previous big letter campaigns the years they left Cowboys out of the HOF and we got several good responses. Some of the media had the sack to respond, and we found out who the good guys were.

I have three sources for HOF voter contact info. Any official word on which list is correct would be greatly appreciated. I know some of my emails were sent back last year but most made it through.

Does anyone have the official list of Hall of Fame voters? Should we assume the Pro Football Hall of Fame site is updated?

Cool - I will take the time to copy/paste this to Word and save it. Then I will find 1 day where I dont have anything to do. Then I will let these guys know what this Cowboys fan thinks of them and their voting ways and obvious bias. Its not the NFL that votes, iots the writers, you would have to boycott every newpaper they write for, station they speak on and TV affiliate they appear on.

Writing wont change the vote. But writing will let your opinion be heard, and surprisingly I have seen more then one voter respond to a negitive, nicely worded themed letter. Course, cursing and name calling and your letter goes right to the trash.

But I will boycott the HOF and let anyone that asks why know. I will, also, send a letter toany voter I can verify voted no and ask him his personal/professional reasons why he voted the way he did.

Unless you mean to have the NFL change the process it uses for HOF selection. Make it all former players/coaches only that select em. That would be fair.

I'm sorry, but I'm a fan of the Dallas Cowboys not the NFL- if the Cowboys did not exist I would never watch professional football and if the great players from the team's history are constantly slighted I see no reason to keep watching it. I've watched about 1 hour of the playoffs this year- that only to see Washington lose, and it hasn't affected me negatively at all.

I'm the exact same way. If the Cowboys did not exist I wouldnt be wasting my time watching Football, that's just me being honest.

Dont get me wrong I'll still like Football, but I wouldnt care who wins or what happnes. In a sence of the matter the NFL to me would be just another ESPN highlight lol.

First, Woody Paige no longer works for the Denver paper. He said on Cold Pizza he had to give up his voting privileges when he moved to New York City.

Second, why would posters want to organize a protest campaign after the Cowboys got two members inducted into the Hall of Fame?

No team has received more than two players in the same nominating class. We got Aikman and Wright in. I say that's pretty good.

And regardless what you feel about Irvin and whether voters should allow subjective opinions about his off-field conduct impact their selection, Irvin did this to himself. He has to bare the responsibility/consequences of his actions.

That's life. We may not like it, but it is what it is.

So did you initiate a letter-writing campaign last year?

Who are the other Cowboys you think should get in?

And how many of them do you think will get in in the same class, given the fact that there are many teams that can argue their "stars" have been slighted?

I believe there's a Cowboys bias too. But complaining about it this year is self-defeating. You'll just come off as whiners and piss off writers even more, giving yourselves another reason to organize a letter-writing campaign next year.
