Where was Davis?
Where was Davis?
Maybe Davis knew something we didn't
Completely agree. There was no way we were going to win like that.thats why it would have mattered give Davis 10 carries plus some targets after pollard went out. Not abandon the run and make our offense easy to defense ie one handed one dimensional and even then the OL wasn't creating much of pocket.
right i was posting during the game all over about is David even active, where is he..strange,
If we had 25-30 runs we would have had less passes. Dak could have played better but wasn’t all his fault.thats why it would have mattered give Davis 10 carries plus some targets after pollard went out. Not abandon the run and make our offense easy to defense ie one handed one dimensional and even then the OL wasn't creating much of pocket.
May have been afraid he would screw up but as far as I know he don’t have fumbling problems.right i was posting during the game all over about is David even active, where is he..strange,
So why didn't they put him in on running playsThis is a huge factor here. At this level the ability to block carries a ton of weight, and if you can't do it it makes it very tough to get on the field, especially against a dominant front like SF.
wonder is it MM or Moore's decision to how many and when backs are rotated?May have been afraid he would screw up but as far as I know he don’t have fumbling problems.
Zeke should have choked KMoore in the tunnel for that last play. I would have laid hands on him for that mess. You're right, but they could have switched it up some, give Zeke a break. I don't think he can carry the full load anymore.
I know, what the .... was that nonsense? At least we're not the Saints who actually pulled off a zany multi-lateral play and needed just the EP to go into OT and then .....Zeke should have choked KMoore in the tunnel for that last play. I would have laid hands on him for that mess.
The guy is a throwback from Linehan. He runs this Offense like he did. Abandons the run at the worst time. He just can’t stick with the formula. Our Defense played well. No excuse for not putting up points.wonder is it MM or Moore's decision to how many and when backs are rotated?
if it was Moore i hope he leaves this run game needs help and he doesn't seem to get it..
They (media) are saying that Malik Davis was in one particular play where he had to blitz block ... - and got totally blown up in protectionMay have been afraid he would screw up but as far as I know he don’t have fumbling problems.
Let him run on run downs ..no excuse to not have him in..hes been solid..They (media) are saying that Malik Davis was in one particular play where he had to blitz block ... - and got totally blown up in protection
..., and since he was not seen again in the offense.
He should have been in on run plays or screens. It wouldn’t have been long enough to give away the plays. Didn’t call near enough run plays..They (media) are saying that Malik Davis was in one particular play where he had to blitz block ... - and got totally blown up in protection
..., and since he was not seen again in the offense.
I was yelling the same thing. Guy has a burst. So of course we don't even attempt.Did they even suit him for this game? Our best running back was lost for the game, so they ran Zeke. Fair enough, but he's a shell of his former self, and we have another capable running back in Davis. No, he's not as good as Pollard, but he has some abilities, and with both Davis and Zeke we would have had a better chance to keep the running game going.
I kept yelling for them to put Davis in. They never did. They even used Lamb for some running plays and short, run-after-catch passes, and he's not a running back.
Meh ... Anyone that knows and familiar with Kellen Moore ..knows he hates RB screens, won't run 'em, ..has no patience or preference to try to develop them well here.He should have been in on run plays or screens. It wouldn’t have been long enough to give away the plays. Didn’t call near enough run plays..
