Where was Luepke?

More poor management from the dynamic duo of Jerry & Stephen Jones.
They prefer to think they have a better player in Zeke than Luepke.

For some pathetic reasons, they fail to see the failings within themselves.

Where was Lupke? He WASN'T in Jerry's office we can tell that, but someone was!!!! lol

Neither is #15 but they FORCED him in the game, I think this game plan was to get zeke in, and make him happy. There's a lot of guys out there playing that don't generate big plays, doesn't mean you can't play them
OK?

Go back to my original point. I said Zeke is bad - but my point is that Luepke doesn't make a difference in a game like that regardless of what Zeke is doing.

Why do people want to give this guy more touches? The Pitt game is all he's capable of because he is slooowwwww

His utility is limited to low-scoring games and short yardage. He has none when the other team is scoring on every possession.
Hunter's 4.56 40 time is faster than Zeke and about the same as Ricos.

Is there an NFL rule prohibiting the use of wheels on the field? The run "attack" is embarrassing.

None of them do. And I doubt even Henry would make a significant impact in the total game. We just suck in too many ways and blaming RBs makes us look football tough.

And no one said he would. That, however, does not explain giving him zero touches.

You are simply being obtuse.

BTW, the media is asking the same question. Go tell them your little thingie, whatever it is!!!!

What is the difference between getting him 0 and 2 touches? lol

Is he going to break 2 tackles and take it 60 yards to the house? No.

Dude has been a nice player all year, and has produced nicely when given the ball. Did he even get any touches yesterday? What do we have against this young man that we won't use him?

Frickin' weird.

I betcha he would've done better than Zeke's 3 yards on 4 carries in the 1st qtr.
Maybe he was in Cabo?

Yes he is lol

Slow for a fullback? No. Slow for an NFL player in space? Yes.

I have no idea why people think this guy is the key to anything. He's a solid contributor in a limited role.
Bingo!!! I like Luepke too, but I'm reading praise like he is Mike Alstott now. He is doing a good job but some need to slow down a bit. Just a Zeke hate.

I think that's what people are saying. Just get some more touches not save the season.

At least...that's what *I* read.

Yep. Both Dowdle and Luepke had to make way for Zeke to be coddled by Coach Jones. That was more important than the proper gameplan, or even winning.
Jerry was shocked, because he was saving Zeke for this game against Detroit.

Dude makes plays period.

Exactly and why only 4 targets to Ferguson.

Let's keep forcing it to CD, who is most likely going to be doubled all year long.

I have to wonder if Ferg is still hampered by that leg injury. Was never a quick TE to begin with.
