Draft is usually around 3 hours, so Cowboys should be picking between 9pm and 9:30pm CST
I rarely use all of my vacation days and I could have just taken the whole day off but i'd rather work atleast half a day.

I actually enjoy sitting through the selections during the first round it adds to the drama, especially when a team makes an unexpected pick and you start to see a couple of players fall. I don’t sit through all the picks after we make our selection in the second round. I hit the DVR and record the rest of it. I watch bits and pieces of the draft after that and FF to our pick.
LOL, I do. But I make sure I have draft night and or the day after off. People still get sick, vacation, or personal days, right?
You just get paid for the unused Vac. days? All I have to do is take Friday off, but I usually take the entire week. I have to do something with all of these days.
