Which coaches do we keep?

None the next HC needs to bring in his own team.

You really can't argue with what Ray Sherman has done with our WRs. A new HC would be smart enough to not break up that chemistry.

If Jerry does it right, he hires a head coach and lets the head coach pick his staff.

Jerry signing the coaches (non-head coaches) he wants undermines that new head coach right from the get go.

No way a coach like Cowher would ever accept such a thing. I'm sure there are several others that wouldn't either. Only a Yes-Man would. (probably even Gruden would allow that)

You keep none of them. You let the new coach interview and bring in his own staff. You may suggest Sherman to him, but you give him the opportunity to start fresh.

That said, jerry will try to bring in a HC with the existing staff in place . . . . :bang2:

This thread is so ridiculous and just shows how messed up this organization is. You don't keep any, period. If we are going to get a new head coach, do it right, let him bring in his own staff and his own schemes. If you are going to force him to accept certain coaches already here and certain schemes, you might as well keep Wade, because the results will be similiar.

We need to stop keeping assistant coaches and let the next HC build his OWN staff instead of saddling him with guys Jerry likes.

The new coach should be encouraged to retain Sherman if nothing else.

He turned Miles Austin from zero to hero (minus huge drops last night).

Jerry, do the right thing:

For head coach? I don't think he's got the correct skin pigmentation to coach the Dallas Cowboys under Jerry. :laugh2:

But seriously, why do you think Frazier should get the job, I'm genuinely curious since I don't know much about him.
