Well I'm the only one but I want both coordinators back with Quinn as head coach

I just think Kellen Moore deserves more credit for getting Dak as far as he got him. He changed the entire passing scheme to make it Dak friendly. The OL coach he's stuck with is crap.

I voted just Quinn but I wouldn't be too disappointed if MM stays. I don't think he has done a heap wrong.. but he still has issues with clock management and he is not involved enough in play calling for my liking.

It’s not like Moore is a total renegade and making up offensive game plans without consulting McCarthy. Say what you want about Moore but McCarthy is the HC and is ultimately responsible for the offensive game plan, at least in a world where Jerry is not the owner.

Quinn.

The quality of your coaching must manifest itself in the playoffs.
Many are cheering the fact that McCarthy won one playoff game and got us to the divisional round.
So what? Garrett did that twice.
I just don't see McCarthy's influence in any substantial way.
Meanwhile, Quinn's defense did enough for us to win.
Moore and Dak led an offense that in the regular season produce an average 31 points per game.
We produced 12 points.
Tell me again what big advantage did McCarthy, Moore and Dak give us?

....we had success this year. 12 wins back to back.

I see all coaches coming back for round 3.

Dallas needs to stop trying to get recycled coaches.

Go find a young, up and coming coordinator.

Go get Bienemy (sp?) from KC, or Steichen (sp) from Philly, or someone similar.

Don't just get an old head coach that is already done the rounds ( former head coach, who got fired, then became coordinator, then a head coach again, then fired again...repeat, repeat)

OC's main responsibility is ensuring the offensive unit runs efficiently. (Is dak part of the offensive unit?)

Some of their key duties include:

  • Designing offensive plays
  • Making decisions about who plays what position
  • Helping players understand their specific roles (including Dak)
  • Preparing players for game situations (including Dak)
  • Scouting upcoming opponents
  • Training, teaching, and helping players with execution (including Dak)
  • Playcalling

What is Kellen Moore good at, in this list ?

What is it he does & is really good as OC ?

Can Jerry please spend some money on someone to teach clock management this offseason?

- If i can get Dan Quinn returning as DC, yes i'd really like that.
if Quinn does depart as new HC elsewhere - then Vic Fangio would be my preferred outside DC hire.

- If its' an internal DC promotion hire here - then i'll chance George Edwards.as new DC.

- I'm keeping Bones Fassel as special teams coach
Ditto with OL coach Joe Philibin who proved me wrong about him.

- The OC and QB coach roles i'm considering major changes.
Moore out - enter consultant Brian Schottenhemeir as new OC
Schottenhemeir was instrumental in developing Russell Wilson in Seahawks and has had a top ranked offense in Seatlle
Plus he's been here a year and aware of Dak, personnel cast and working with Kellen/McCarthy.
Leave it up to McCarthy, new OC Schott if they want keep/replace Mussehemeir as QB coach.as well as WR-TE-RB coaches.

- With Edwards' promotion, i'd leave it up to him as his preferred assistant coaches.
DL, LB, secondary. coaches... i can only assume most would be retained.
if he were interested in coaching- i'd strongly like to bring in Sean Lee as LB coach .
