Man so many trying to ditch McCarthy? He just won 13 win seasons back to back. What else you want in a coach?
I was bouncing between mccarthy and quinn and just quinn. I think my criticism with McCarthy as a head coach was his inability to dictate less touches for Zeke throughout the season, and not reigning Dak's game in, considering the OCs inability to make the adjustment. You have two offensive guys in upper level coaching positions and changes were not being made. With that being said, I dont fully disagree with you.

At this point they should make a strong run for Payton and at the very least be gone with Moore and McCarthy! The current group is outcoached, overmatched and soft.

I like McCarthy but the head scratching decisions and the final 2 plays last year and this year have really been downright pathetic.

..all I know, is that Dak needs help. Lets start with play calling. Work from there.

Not sure why people want McCarthy gone. Keep HC and defense in tact but Moore needs to go.

Not blaming him for the loss against 49ers but this route concepts have to change. How in the world you go empty on 2nd and 2 inside the redzone is bananas. No schemes to get receivers wide open, 1 game run motion and next game have none. There is no identity.

I believe McCarthy should bring in someone he wants to run the offense and see what happens.
mike is no good because he goes along with what jerry wants.
Mike said he wanted kellen, was he lying? If so do you want a liar as HC?
He also championed dak as the guy, a potential SB winning qb.

He also championed zeke and it took years to get pollard more snaps and carries.
He said that last play in wc SF game was the right call !
He has made numerous blunders in game mgmt.

He is part of the problem.

McCarthy and Quinn. Simple. They both have changed the culture here and have turned things around.

Moore? Not so much. It's like we've had the exact same offense with our coordinators since Jack Reilly.

Well I'm the only one but I want both coordinators back with Quinn as head coach

I just think Kellen Moore deserves more credit for getting Dak as far as he got him. He changed the entire passing scheme to make it Dak friendly. The OL coach he's stuck with is crap.
not sure it was KM that improved Dak's footwork and passing motion which still needs help.....but when we had Amari is when Dak was a passing phenom....truth is we need a better #1 than CeeDee...yes CeeDee

did well good many times but he is a #1a more than pure number #1....we had the money we just did not like Amari cause he did not want to get Covid injections...which not good enough...plus the missing in games

not good enough because he was always double teamed....Amari, Ceedee and Gallup was a total killer receiving corps....and with Shultz and the other TE's and i like our 7th round pick of 2016 at receiver....he made

one bad no catch against the Jax...but he gets hammered way more than he should in my opinion.....just look at Dak with Amari and post Amari....that says it all

"mike is no good because he goes along with what jerry wants."
You mean he has a choice? Jerry is the owner and GM, Can the HC tell him to get lost?

"Mike said he wanted kellen, was he lying?"
Again, did he have a choice? Kellen was Jerry's boy and Jerry wasn't going to let him go. Originally Mike planned on play calling until Jerry gave full offensive power to Moore.

"He also championed dak as the guy, a potential SB winning qb."
Again, Dak, like Moore, was already here by Jerry's hand. What was he going to do, say "hey boss I hate your choice of OC and QB, it's me or them!"
Not even Sean Payton could get away with that.

27.3% want more of the same. Jerry loves you.
Gerald ought to have a fan day where the faithful can eat all the cheese spread sandwiches as they want and have Mountain Dew dispensers everywhere. goodie bags with Cowboys lighters and hair products. we would love it.

Actually, I voted for both coordinators, too.

There's a reason people are looking at Kellen Moore for HC, because there's not many better.

I'm down on him some for the pass call on 2nd and 2. But other than that, he did a great job this year.

I think McCarthy is the guy you fire, and I agree on Quinn as HC.

interesting 0 votes for MM and Moore, who in all probability will both be back without Quinn. Ouch

So that’s almost 80% that want Moore gone.

I feel MM is not the guy because he still mismanages the clock and makes poor decisions.
The worst decision was punting on 4th and 5 from the SF 40. No faith in the FG; no faith in the offense. Seemed to sap the “leave it all on the field energy” the team had. Anger punts it inside the 10 and SF went on to bully the defense on a 91 yard drive for what resulted in the winning TD.
It’s the SB….have to go for it.

I was watching Kurt Warners analysis of the game and the plays and it's like wow. KM I really think has decent ideas but the weakness in our offense that does not help Dak at all are the plays. So many times he pointed out thr need to have outs or confusing plays that can really take advantage of a defense and out Dak in more control in the field. He points out Dak issues too in where he looks but man it ws a great analysis

I'm glad to see Mike garnering so much support. And Dan coming back is huge.

I would like for Mike to hire a OC in name only and call the plays himself. You're leaving out a huge benefit of Mike's by not letting him call the plays. I think his style would be more friendly towards Dak. The QB is gonna be here no matter what, so we need someone who can put him in a position to succeed. Mike has a history with QB's and great play-calling.

Just my two cents.

Kingsbury is intriguing…..
not to me, really...
i mean how many of his years college and pros did he appreciate a strong run game and play complementary football?? i doubt there much difference, at least not enough, between him and moore.
