Which Contracts Expire After This Season?

Any idea of which players will be free agents after this upcoming season? Specifically speaking of players on the cowboys

Yeah, Spencer, Jenkins, and Felix are the big ones that will cost some major coinage.

Yeah Jenkins will cost a pretty penny or two, but I don't see anyone shelling out big dollar for Felix unless he has a breakout season. As for Spencer, I think it all depends on how the draft falls.

True, Felix won't get alot unless someone sees him as a feature back and wants to pay him as such.

Spencer and Jenkins all depends on this season's performance and since the cap floor is in effect next year, plus the new TV contract, alot of guys will get paid big time next year.

Spencer could be looking at a Wimbley contract, or with a great season alot bigger one. With a good season though, Jenkins could easily being looking at a Carr contract or greater.

Well next off season we won't be signing a bunch of guys like this offseason. More then likely we will be resigning our own. But if they don't perform this season I can see Felix,mike and spencer being gone

When you look at that list there's really no one that stands out as someonewe have to resign. Hopefully the 2012 season changes that

not if we let them all go. I think unless these three have a great year they all will be gone. I like Jenkins but unless he has another pro bowl year without injuries I don't see then resigning him.

The minimum spending requirements for individual teams are only for the combined spending during two four-year periods -- 2013-2016 and 2017-2020. It would be easy for a team to vastly underspend for a year or two, then go crazy one year. I'm not sure whether that team would gain an advantage in the long run, however.

So there really isn't a floor for teams to worry about, not that Dallas would ever approach it. The Cowboys will always be near the top of the list when it comes to players' salaries.

Yep, agreed. Who the heck is gonna pay big dollars to Felix Jones anyway? Unless he has a career year this year, the guy will enter UFA as a fragile role player.

Chris Gronkowski? I thought he signed with Indianapolis last season after we let him go.

Sometimes I think you'd be happier if there weren't any Cowboys at all. Let's just release the whole team and never sign anyone ever again.

Something makes me think they'll extend Jenkins this season and not let him hit FA. Like they did with Scandrick. They'll probably save money that way.

There isn't a guy on that list that I would intend to re-sign as we stand today.

Of course that could change depending on the 2012 season.
