Which Cowboy makes it into the HOF this year?

I think Wright and Aikman have good shots. Poor Irvin probably gets snubbed again. What I don't understand is why they never mention Irvin's postseason #s when they list his achievements. I believe he is 2nd in history to only Rice. That's a huge accomplishment that goes unrecognized. I'm also still trying to find one semi-legit reason why Harry Carson gets snubbed, but we've got our own problems with the Hall.

Nope, but that's precisely what is cited when they talk about why Swann is in the HOF... that place is a crock.

Too much strong competition. Only Aikman, maybe, maybe Irvin but with Reggie White available and Thurman Thomas I doubt it. Thurman probably gets in before Irvin, but Reed won't get in before Irvin. I can remember his Super Bowl meltdown against Washington when he slammed his helmet to the ground. Not a lasting impression to make.

Who cares what the NFL HoF does or doesn't do. It is a total sham and a sick joke played on the fans by the league and the sportswriters who make up the selection committee by making them believe that the inductees are the greatest players ever when in fact they are just the guys the sportswriters liked the most.

If Steve Young is a 1st ballot HOF'er then they should to ahead and announce Aikman is in today. Cowboys voters anti-bias notwithstanding, I still think he gets in. But, even if he does I think he will be the only cowboy. Unfortuantely I think Irvin gets snubbed one more year due to a strong class this year. Reggie White will also get in on the 1st ballot. But you never know with the voters as we have found out to this point about past deserving cowboys not making it.
