I think that Jerry will get contracts restructured, as they seemingly do almost every year. FA and current contracts probably have more CAP impact than most draft picks, so I don't see him dropping down in the draft for purely financial reasons. I also doubt that this team will go into rebuilding mode while Tony is here. It will take another complete collapse and the subsequent hiring of a qualified outside coach imbued with authority to get that done.
