commercial that had/has any Dallas Cowboy in it?

I have 2 favorites, I guess you can say they are tied for 1st.


The old commercial where Tom Landry is in an old western bar dressed like a real cowboy. I believe it was an American Express commercial. Remember this one? Where a group of guys dressed in Commander uniforms walk up to Coach Landry and he says the classic line "because you never know when you will be surrounded by Commanders........howdy". That WAS classic!!!!

My other favorite has to be the "A-Team" commercial for FOX sports where Aikman was dressed like Mr. T all the way from the combat boots to the blonde mohawk.

i seem to remember a randy white commercial i liked. can't remember exactly what it was for though... probably fishing or something.

My favorite by far is the one when emmitt points at his o-linemen and says "these are my horses" then points at texas stadium behind him and says "this is my ranch", maybe we can try to find a link to some of these old classics.

I liked the one back in '95 when Kevin Smith got hurt and we signed Deion, and Nike made a commercial that was based on the TV show "Dallas" and it had the old "Dallas" theme song in it, and it stared an injured Kevin Smith on the sidedline as "The Gipper", Jerry Jones as "The Owner", Barry Switzer as "The Coach" and Deion Sanders as "Primetime". I dont remember the exact script haha, but it was something like Switzer saying "Deion!....get in there!", and Kevin Smith on the sideline with his crutch saying something like "go get um Primtime", then Jerry in his owner box saying something like "i bought him"....but i dont think thats it, but something like that!
I always thought that one was pretty cool. They showed it an awful lot during the season too. I remember they showed it sooooooooo much during the 49ers/Cowboys game when we were gettting our butts handed to us by Elvis Grbac and Troy got hurt. For some reason i didnt think the commercial was so funny at the time.

Whats it gonna be Dieon, football or baseball...

My top two are the Landry CC commercial, I remember him leaving the saloon and the doors swinging back and nocking over the Commanders.

Also the JJ in the desert with the Cowboys running. Loved it when they passed JJ hitchiking in the desert...said.."Who was that ?"...Hilarious. Then of course, they slit. Always wondered if that commercial was the beginning of the end.

I liked the Reebok "Preseasons" commercial with Emmitt. (I think it was Reebok)

It starts with Emmitt getting the ball in the middle of a downpour against the Skins. He comes up on a LB and says "Hi, I'm Emmitt...Boom....nice to meet you" and runs off toward the endzone. The whole thing was in slow mo.

I also liked the one with Troy vs. the Tank (I think it was Addidas). Troy threw the ball into the turret and the tank backfired.

Yeah, that's the one I was going to mention. That and the old Landry commercial are the best ones, I think.

It's a bit off the subject but my favorite episode of Coach was where he asks Aikman to be a donor for he and Christine to have a baby.

The Jimmy Johnson Super Bowl ring one kills me too.
