He kept Garrett and let go of Wade.....that didn't work out either
He hired Garrett BEFORE Wade too. That’s about as dysfunctional as it gets.

I want to slap you. How dare you compare the JG disaster with what is happening now. I mean this in the kindest way. We finally have real leaders on the field and calling the plays. Solid combo. Thanks for posting brother from another mother. We had an up and coming young OC and an older very experienced HC.
Jerry let the young OC go and he became a fixture at his new team for many years and won a SB.
Fast forward a few years:
Same scenario. Only this time the older HC was let go.
The highly sought after OC got the HC gig and did very little in the ten years he coached before departing.
We are seeing Jerry facing this same scenario for a third time.
Which experience is gonna flavor his decision?
Bonus points to the Zoner who can put the names with my 2 examples.
I have confidence Jethro will screw it up again. We had an up and coming young OC and an older very experienced HC.

Lol, I am not sure if your insulting or complimenting me.I want to slap you. How dare you compare the JG disaster with what is happening now. I mean this in the kindest way. We finally have real leaders on the field and calling the plays. Solid combo. Thanks for posting brother from another mother.
Noooooooo!!!!!!!!I have confidence Jethro will screw it up again.
Who knows . But we do know he’s eventually pooped on every good situation we’ve had. Winning is never enough.Lol, I am not sure if your insulting or complimenting me.
The situation is the same, but obviously the coaches are different.
The only constant is Jerry, and curious what we think he will do?
No insult at all. I believe you read my intent correctly. My hope is we keep Big Mike for a few years and JJ tosses enough money at our OC so he decides to stay as he learns what a head coach actually has to do.Lol, I am not sure if your insulting or complimenting me.
