I want them all, but this is a nice reality check, must find a way to stash a few, PS/IR/ doesnt matter but guys like Gifford are definitely and specifically on the bubble.

I haven't taken the time to check in on Hansford, maybe some others well share, but rooks like Harper must find a way to retain.
Clark is our 5th round buy low top end return prospect, he won't be going anywhere, we used to invest 2nds on those type of returns, so great value there.
Jackson was brought in for a reason, and yet another to try and pin down.

Parsons, LVE and Cox are locks. I think Gifford is close to a lock for depth and special teams. Clark will redshirt on IR. Everything else seems to be moving parts.

I wonder if Anthony Barr is a legit possibility late in camp.

On Clark....fortunately the league has moved on from its ancient IR rules, and he doesn't have to be lost for the entire season. Hopefully he can get on the field by November.

This defense has a chance to be very special.

We should keep the best LBs based on training camp and preseason game performance.

Of course Parsons is a no brainer. LVE could be but we need to see another year of production from him. Of course he is going to cost the most to keep. Gifford is a JAG. Cox showed potential last year but not enough playing time to say for sure.

Cox, says he will be ready for TC, I think he starts on PUP, it is just what this team does
LVE, yes
Gifford, yes, by default, unless another LB has a great TC, but he plays ST's also
Jackson
Clark, He probably starts on NFI or PUP, he can't be placed on IR, or he will miss the season.
Harper, probably since he was a draft pick, and plays ST's
Hansford
Sam

They will keep 5 or 6, as Kearse will slide up to play LB at times.
I don't know enough about Jackson, Hansford or Sam. But want to see them emerge and do well.
