Which pick in the draft got you excited the most?

Really like the top 3 picks and Damone Clark. All should be really good players.

Everyone else is a dice roll.

Not really any of them. But Tolbert would be the main guy I want to see out of this rough bunch. Might be interesting to see what the NT can do but I'm not counting on him playing much.

I wouldn’t get too excited about any second round pick we have. We’ve had very few pan out the past two decades. Outside of Sean Lee who was plagued by injuries and DLaw I can’t think of any.

Lost all interest in that pick when I heard he was suspended for sexual battery. Most of the discussion about him during the Cowboys second day post draft had to do with his character. That was the first thing that came up about him.

Dear lad, as per the Starry-eyed here and the Jerry propaganda machine, we are not allowed to cast asparagus on Sam or even entertain the thought that a girl was battered. It is all well, schift happens. ....

It was Tolbert for me as well. I think he was probably the last of the WRs that could come in and make some immediate impact. It was very fortunate that he fell to us in the 3rd round.
he reminds me of michael gallup.
big physical receiver with good speed.
big fan of this kid.

Gotta be Tyler Smith. I didn’t realize how strong he really was until I watched some of his tape.

Technique in the pass game will not be good to start, but he is going to run DTs into the ground. Power at LG we haven’t had in a long time.
nasty.

Tolbert value wise was the only pick that even moved the needle excluding Clark because he has to miss most of the season( Spinal Fusion) I like that pick...but if I was going on a new trend that I like to see it would be 1-tech being drafted before the 7th round for once. That was the most encouraging thing I saw in this draft for the Boys' period. Dot.

got you excited the most? keep it to just one, mine was Williams
Because I worried about the guard position the most TSmith has me going. The other thing is this was a very prudent draft from the backside of the draft I think they did a hell of a job.

Williams

Clark is close, but its tempered because you never know if he will play

Not over excited about any of them. But at this point I never am. I am waiting for results from the practices and training camp and what the coaches are saying then. Now by the middle of October I may be looking to buy one or more of their jerseys and singing their praises. Look for me in my Parsons jersey around town; I need to get a Diggs jersey also. I am just getting past the 2021 draft.

Honestly, none of the picks themselves excited me this year. Like always, I had my little list of favorite players and they didn't pick any of them. I guess I was spoiled with them picking one of my top 5 ranked players (#3 last year) the last two years in a row. This doesn't mean of course that I think we drafted poorly, just that they didn't like the guys I was hoping for and that is what gets me excited. If I had t choose a draft pick that excited me it would be Williams.

But, as far as who I am excited to watch it is absolutely T Smith 73. I can't wait to see how he adjusts to LG and does in camp. I have high hopes for him. If he is the player they think he is it's going to be a huge help to our offense.
