Jerry’s take on overlooking the most important position on the field is one in a long list of reasons why he is an incompetent GM.
It is overlooking or is it his ego also extending to the players not being the face of the franchise? He doesn’t want to hire a gm. He doesn’t want a coach like an Andy Reid or Bill Belichick to be one of the biggest faces alongside him. This also maybe true of the quarterback position. Because the top qbs are the faces of the franchise or one of the top faces. Jerry probably doesn’t want any part of that.

What I’m saying is this overlook maybe on purpose.

I’ve never looked at it from that angle but you are probably right on point.

Oh yes. A house full of them filled with odor, throw up, pookie, and love is great. Why bother with people when you can be around something that eats its own poo and throw up.
Some people eat their own poo. My dogs eat their dog food. Not the other stuff. The are reasons they do though things though, you might research it and learn something.

I prefer having a clean house and being around something with a brain capacity greater than a toddler.

Its an easy seach you can do for yourself.

Nothing us written in stone but there appears to be more of a buzz for coop than wgat your willing to admit.
Rush and his agent know what he realistically is worth to an NFL franchise. There will be teams going with rookie QBs next season looking to have a competent back up QB. The will be teams looking for a “bridge” quarterback while they develop a QB they see potential in. There will be teams simply looking for a back up QB better than the one they have. Might be a few teams that are simply dissatisfied with their starting QB and are considering an alternative.

Rush will be an unrestricted free agent. He had the opportunity to play a significant amount this season. He may never be in this position again. His value in the NFL will be evident between now and next season. Not what Cowboys fans consider his value. Not what the “buzz” think he’s worth. What his actual value as a NFL quarterback is in 2025. I believe he’ll sign with the Cowboys for a modest increase, less than $3 million for the season, one year, and zero guaranteed, meaning he’ll have to make the team.

Embarrassing being a member of the Church of Dak and having to defend that he is better than a 2 million $ career backup QB.

Shabazz….i don’t even think Whitlock agrees with his own takes lol.
With Hurts and Lamar starting off pretty slow in their careers i can see the early criticism but with Dak he was pretty steady right from the jump.

The mistake Wittlock is making is the inability to change his take on some things.....its not flip flopping if the evidence changes....and that goes if a player regressed as well

So predict it then... what the nfl value is between now and next season. Its cut and dried to you...the buzz? Is exactly what you are doing now. Exactly. Just talk without any real value.
Too bad we cant hold you accountable for whatever predi tion you imaginex in your head.

$2.5 million per season. That’s my prediction.

He’s never been mobile and it was never his greatest asset. Maybe in college and his first year here. He’s many years removed from that guy.
Throwing the football has never been his greatest asset either.

His added mobility was a weapon but now that it’s gone he’s just not that great of a player.

Hes good don’t get me wrong but he requires a ton around him to be successful.
