Its amazing, after TWO FREAKING YEARS we have exactly one reporter who took the time to read the public information that half this message board read before Hardy was even a free agent.
And even then, he makes mistakes about the facts of the case. He wrote this -
Both parties reportedly drank to great excess.
I wouldn't characterize Holder as drinking to "great excess" but that is semantic. Hardy had no alcohol or very little, and the writer is trying to create the impression that Hardy was falling down drunk at the time of the incident. Listen to the 911 call, he clearly isn't intoxicated, much less having "drunk to great excess".
