Me. Purely based on thinking this was a warmup year. I think he'll be improved by next year. But I wouldn't pay him like he's an all pro or anything. I just think he's worth keeping around.

His numbers haven't been All-Pro, so he shouldn't be too expensive to keep. More expensive than some on here think he should be paid, but they don't seem to keep up with the going rates. They are more like my father-in-law who thinks paying more than a couple of dollars for a fast-food meal is outrageous.

He is just a JAG. Our defense is so bad that he looks like a good player at times. Nobody should offer him more then a one year deal. We made a mistake not trading him for a 5th round pick.

To an issue that’s a bit more complex. He’s 34, could go back to saucing at any moment, 3 of his 5 sacks were created by pressure from Lawrence, has seemed gassed since week 4. So no, I don’t see him as as imperative resign. That said, I’m used to decisions I don’t agree with or think are dumb so I’m not gonna crap my pants if it happens!
