Pencil in Scandrick on one side, has passion and backs it up with solid play.
The other side is wide open, I don't see Carr back next year.
He is not even playing what I would call average. He is getting the big PI penalty or burned for the big play.
He seems lost on deep coverage.
At this point I would be starting Moore, but he does not seem like a long term awswer either.
We have Mo coming back next year, but I would like to see a high draft pick of quality free agent signed.
Your thoughts ?

With the hieght issues of Ifo from Oregon I can see him being a late 1st rounder if he doesn't go nuts at combine. Plus he's better zone guy than those we have

Mo and Scandrick. Moore should be the third and a rookie will be drafted....IMO.

Mo got benched for sucking.............go watch the Rams game again...............don't see how Mo suddenly becomes a stud after missing most of this season on IR.

Carr is the biggest joke..............$50 million dollar CB that gets burnt more than bagels at IHOP.

Scandrick and Moore would be your 2015 starters right now.

LOL, where did I say stud? He will be a stop-gap for one more year and his last chance while they address other issues on the defense. Moore may very well be the starter and Mo the third but he will be on the team.

CB crew - Claiborne and Oscan with Moore, Patmon and either a draft pick or FA.

They're in the nickel most of the time. So you need 3 starters, really. Right now it'd be scan, Moore, and mo. But I'd like to pick up a reasonably priced free agent or day 2 draft pick.

Carr and Scandrick.

Plus Moore in the slot and a rookie top 3 rounder.

Scandrick and a free agent. The free up 8M by making Carr a June 1st cut. They should be able to sign a decent free agent for a cap hit of less than 8M.

They should also draft a CB to develop.

You are correct on Mo. His salary is guaranteed next year so he will definitely be back.

Give me a consistent pass rush, Scandrick, Moore, Mo and a mid level FA to battle with Patmon and be happy....... even Carr would look better with some consistent pressure. In other words spending big bucks on the backend, again, is not the priority.
