I guess only the players can say who their leaders are...they tend to say it with votes for team captains, reps, etc.

Bradie James, Greg Ellis, Tnew, Roy, perhaps Fergy...all of the above get quoted fairly often. Strikes me as a collective, yer old Roman Senate approach.

On O, Romo is clearly taking over. There should be one dictatorial voice of both reason and direction - and it will be his.

Romo is the overall leader, with Bradie James, and Greg Ellis. Bledsoe was vocal when he started, I don't know so much now. TO is too.

The person who really needs to be is Demarcus Ware.
