Who are the VOCAL Team Leaders on this Club?

I don't think there is an on the field leader on either side of the ball. Romo is confident but thats doesnt come through as a confidence in the team. We need a guy like woody on the defense and TO needs to start playing up to his billing and if he does that maybe just maybe he can be an on the field leader for us.
grammer and puncuation be damned

Ellis is too low key, I think, to be effective as a sparkplug, and he is damaged by his preseason attitude that is now in the past but still remembered. Romo is still too new to the first team to assume leadership of the offensive personnel, I expect, though it won't be long if he keeps up his sterling play. Witten could ordinarily do it but he may have been complicit in the blocked kick debacle, so the time may not right for him.

But Bledsoe might do it by humbling himself, admitting his shortcomings, and giving a rousing speech praising Romo, the talent of the team, and the twilight hopes of Parcells. He might be the only one right now who could bring the team together.

As expressed before, there are NO leaders on this team....None on offense, although Tony Romo could be a strong one in the future...None,none,none on defense...and sadly, none on the entire coaching staff!

Ellis, and he has been for years.

Ellis has been a Standup Guy...Great Character...

I never really saw him as a VOCAL Team Leader though...maybe I am missing something

I thought I heard somewhere(on this mb) that when the cameras are off Bledsoe is pretty standoffish to most of his teammates.

I have never heard another player speak ill of bledsoe. TO doesnt count and even he was kinda underhanded in his comments

One of the local reporters wrote it not long ago, but I can't think of who it was. The article was posted here tho.
