Everyone. I'd get as much as you can for Dak and Micah. Blow it up before the Giants pass you.

Poor returns. Cowboys aren't getting anything more than a 4th or later pick for any player they'll be willing to trade.

Cowboys should be sellers only, but if anything Jerry would probably buy.

Parsons, Wilson, hooker, Tolbert, gholston, diggs, bland, Ferguson.

I'd also ask for some picks to be in 2026 so you can bump them up a round. Instead of a 2025 5th take. 2026 4th round pick.

Need to trade as many players as we can. Trade parsons for early 1st, 2nd and 3rd round picks

Trade Martin /cooks /dlaw / anyone else for anything. Get as many picks as you can.

Obviously stuck with dak and cd. Only other players I don’t trade are overshown, ol smith and Bebe, and Aubrey. EVERYONE else for sale
Jerry is going to trade draft picks for a wide receiver. I hope I am wrong. Worst thing we could do. Just play the games and get the season over with. Dallas is toast with all the injuries.

For me it's anyone other than Tyler Smith, Beebe, Aubrey and Overshown. CeeDee and Dak are probably untradeable, well especially Dak.

For what?

The Cowboys have drafted more All Pros and Pro Bowlers than any other team these past five seasons.

What difference did that make?

The problem isn't player personnel. The very center of this team's culture is sick.

Until the very top of this franchise's management undergoes a complete change in philosophy, the results will remain the same.

Martin and dlaw
Trading Martin to me is two years too late. You will get something for him but not near what you would have gotten two years ago.

DFlaw is a cancer to your locker room. He is only about his business.
He plays one good half then checks out for 3 to 4 games. Eventually he will take his injury timeout as he did in the last few years.

He is way overrated. OK (maybe good) run stopper but a bad pass rusher and very very dependend on great talent around him. Never was an great player who could carry a defense or make it essentially better.
I dont think anybody is really interested in such a guy. Not in this part of his career.

Well i think your premise is wrong.

The way you sound you think a team is better the more Pro Bowl players it has. But that to me is not the case.

That has been the case in the pre salary cap are. But in todays NFL your team needs to be sound in every position. You cant have pro bowlers at every position, just because of the cap. So you need a lot of good players. Not some great ones and the rest are just JAgs.

I think the winning teams without a lot of pro bowlers show you that.

Of course we also have a bad culture. You are right with that and i didnt want to question this.
Our FO owner/GM is just bad and he is the reason our culture is what it is.

I do think also that Will McClay is overrated. We are not a good drafting team. We find good OL but we have to draft them way too high. Our talent evaluation is bad.
Of course another reason is an cluless owner who overrules talent evaluation constantly.

Not going to get a 1,2, and 3 for Micah. Not going to get that for anyone that isn’t a star qb. A first I can sss though.

My guess on what we would get for the players being mentioned.

Micah - probably a 1 and 4 or something like that to the right team
Diggs - maybe a 2 or 3. He hasn't proven he is back from injury.
Bland - maybe a 2.
Lewis - probably a 4 or so.

Dlaw, Martin, Hendricks - maybe a 7 at best. Aging vets don't bring much in trades.

Steele - nothing. nobody will take his contract as bad as he is playing.

It doesn't make sense to trade anyone. This isn't baseball. Teams don't 'sell'.

I don't trust them to get significant value for anyone traded out of sheer incompetence.

I think Trevon or Micah are great candidates for trade. Especially TREVON. If we can get out from under that bad contract and find a team that will eat part of it, do it.

There's nothing eye-catching. Either broke down, already hurt, overrated, or just not good enough. Only Tyler Smith is a "no-touch" guy on the OL.

Who is promising on this team right now, outside of our kicker? Overshown? Lupeke? Bland?
