There are several of both types here, IMO. One doesn't necessarily go hand in hand with the other though. I chalk that up to personal priorities.

Lots of insightful football Guys on here, even if I disagree with some of Their opinions, they present a well reasoned POV and often broaden My horizons.

Personally I like the funny and witty Guys* (like CC, Runny and Corso and whatever Dreadhonkey is called now to name a few).

I dislike the one trick ponies Who endlessly say same the same thing, regardless of the actual topic.

* I hope Y'all appreciate how difficult it was for an Englishman not to add (for Americans) here, but sometimes accuracy must give precedence to politeness.

I appreciate AsthmaField’s contributions. Knowledgeable, thoughtful and not given to emotional rants.

I also enjoy Risen for his sarcastic humor. Life is serious and humor helps coping.

I think we are all smart in our own ways. I think @Bobhaze definitely belongs on the list. I also enjoy @Ranching 's insight as he's a coach. Always good to learn from a perspective from someone who coaches. There are many more fur sure, but it's fun seeing the various different ideas that are here.

I enjoy posters that use the ignore function for people they do not care for but at the same time does not have the need to announce more than once that a member is on their ignore list.

I like posters that have not painted themselves into a corner on some topics like Dak. Nothing wrong with pointing out problems with Dak and nothing wrong with pointing out the good things. A rational poster can do both and not just stick to one side of the Dak situation.

I like posters who do not follow the simp casual talking points made by some media like SAS or Skip. Wait, that was wrong....they are entertainers and provocateurs not media Posters that know that one player on a team is not responsible for all the wins or losses. People that realize that just because a player may not get certain stats, it does not mean he does not impact the game.

The ignore feature is one of the most useful things to take advantage of. Why stress yourself out, or subject everyone else to childish bickering, every time you log on?
