Who do you want at 60?

Many will be gone as there will be a run on those DBs throughout the entire 2nd round. Teams knew it was a deep class and drafted other positions in the 1st. Lots of teams are going to pull the trigger in round 2. Not saying there wont be one left but the best ones remaining are going to go quickly tonight.

If 11 of 27 picks before are DB's then so be it. If that's the case there should be a really good prospect available at another position

I know a lot of people are saying defense....And I guess I would say my top choice would be Fabian Moreau CB UCLA.....

But if he is gone...and this guy is available....I think it would be a great (sneaky) pick...like the Travis Frederick pick.

People need to realize we did lose 2 starters on the O-line. I think he walks in and is a starter from day 1. Slide Collins out to RT...and Elliot runs for 2000.

If Collins was going to slide out to tackle Leary would still be on this team.

I don't get what people see in this guy.

Ehh...if the team likes him...I guess there is a reason.

His tape is awesome. Long, smooth, feisty, and great ball skills. If he performed better at he combine, he'd have gone in the first.

That actually would be bad for us.

We spent practically every waking moment from February through last week evaluating the DBs. They wouldn't know what to make of it if say an offensive player not named Chris Samuel or JuJu Smith-Schuster fell in their laps.

I like Maye, Josh Jones, Basham, D King, Obi, JuJu among others.

Yeah.

But as I said last night, if Bowser or Willis or a pass rusher they really loved was there at 60, I have no problem with them taking him.
If they were able to get one in their sights and actually pulled the trigger, I would be impressed.

Rivers might be there but the others we've been linked to like Willis and Bowser will probably be gone.

I think there is a good chance that Rivers is that one player that people start yelling for in the third, and we pass.

Totally fine with Rivers, Willis or even Bowser. Stock up on sack artists

He was a visitor right?

If Rivers is there in the 3rd and we take, say Schuster-Smith, I might break ****.

That would be a great pick too....But then your getting rid of Gregory IMO..:(
I think Gregory has already handled getting rid of Gregory. If we ever get anything out of that guy from here on out, we should consider it gravy.

Hide your breakables then. They are more likely to take even Smith-Schuster before another end. They don't go after positions and kill it like that.

Would really like Budda Baker or Desmond King. They can play slot corner and step in at safety if either starter gets hurt.

I get the thinking, but the Cowboys have the slot covered in spades with Anthony Brown and Orlando Scandrick. I don't know much about Nolan Carroll, but I suspect the Cowboys have him penciled in for the outside...but that's just one true outside player. My guess is there next pick will address the other outside spot. Granted, the Cowboys will move guys around, but I still believe the Cowboys need 1 or 2 more guys they'd feel comfortable matching up with big-bodied receivers/TE's.

While I am not on the must have a CB train, I think my anger is just tied to JuJu being drafted ahead of anyone.

And the Giants baited them some more by adding Engram.

I want another DL. A good DL will make any secondary better. I think there's enough DB talent in the draft that we could draft 3 x DB - maybe 2 x CB and 1 x safety - in later rounds - and at least one of them will pan out as a long term starter.

I'd like to see another DE or a DT at some point here. A high ceiling guy maybe later. Jarron Jones from ND would be a name in the 4th or slipped to the 6th. Big talent, needs motivating.

He and Taco can room together.
