Who do you want at 60?

And the Giants baited them some more by adding Engram.
If you consider Free Agency, the baiting began months ago...which is part of the reason I'm a little surprised the Cowboys didn't draft a DB first. Hopefully, the Giants ignoring their offensive line will prove their undoing, but considering we lost both meetings last year, I wouldn't count on it.

I like Rivers in the 3rd, maybe even 2nd. Physically, he has a lot of similarities to Watt without the injury history.

Rivers had 41 sacks in college.

With a need for help on the offensive line, Safety and probably two more Corners, do you really think they'd pick another DE in the next 3 rounds?

Yeah.

But as I said last night, if Bowser or Willis or a pass rusher they really loved was there at 60, I have no problem with them taking him.

We already have our developmental pass rusher on the roster. His name is Randy Gregory.

I think Gregory has already handled getting rid of Gregory. If we ever get anything out of that guy from here on out, we should consider it gravy.

Probably true....But I did think he flashed something there @ the end of the season. I don't think I've ever been as disappointed in a player as I am w/ Gregory... in my whole life. Poster Boy for "what a waste of talent":(

If he had it together....I think we would be singing a different tune about our D-line.

I guess the other question is...are we gonna ride out the suspension and give him another chance???? And if so...what does he bring to the table after the suspension?

No question, the talent is there. I'm certainly rooting for him, but I think it'd be insane to count on any contribution from him until he's demonstrated over an extended time frame that he's turned himself around.

I get the thinking, but the Cowboys have the slot covered in spades with Anthony Brown and Orlando Scandrick. I don't know much about Nolan Carroll, but I suspect the Cowboys have him penciled in for the outside...but that's just one true outside player. My guess is there next pick will address the other outside spot. Granted, the Cowboys will move guys around, but I still believe the Cowboys need 1 or 2 more guys they'd feel comfortable matching up with big-bodied receivers/TE's.
