I like Hatcher, but guys like him and Spencer are ones you have to let walk. They are very solid players, but you need to build around your core stars and fill in where you can. Build around guys like Dez, Lee, and Carter. Carter will be due for a contract soon. I'd much rather have a young monster in Carter than older vets.

Lets not .31 is 31 which is old for football. No more bad contracts to guys on the wrong side of 30 with injury history.
