If we win tomorrow, how do you honestly feel about playing @ New Orleans again? It makes me very nervous; what do you guys think?

True confidence exists when the opponent does not matter.

I'm guessing it means we have to beat Minnesota before we worry about the Saints

I'm just shocked it had to be explained.

110% confident! The Cowboys kicked NO's butt once, they can and will do it twice.

Beating the Vikings is the first and most important thing. Worry about the Saints later. We have to earn a chance to play in the NFC Championship game first.

What we think doesn't affect tomorrow. I'm sure Wade has the people playing focused on Favre, Peterson and Allen. Assessing our team vs. the Saints based on today is a-ok for us.

That said, we'll kick the **** out of Minny too.

To be fair to those who want to think ahead, I won't have have any effect on the outcome tomorrow if we discuss how we match up against the Saints tonight..

The team needs to be focused on the Vikings first, and I'm quite sure they will be. ;)

Come on, you guys, say something to make me feel better!

If we win tomorrow, I have to live around this nonsense next week!!!! :nervous:

...yeah wwl-870 new orleans can be pretty tough to take here in louisiana...i listen everyday and the frenzy surrounding the saints is unbelievable...i did notice that they quit playing the who-dat song after they lost to Dallas...

...my wife is a Saints fan so you can imagine the amount of strife that will exist between us if Dallas goes on to face them again...

...pressure on Brees is the only way that you're going to beat them...you have to out-physical them like Dallas did the first game, bloody them up with the running game...you saw the Hightower run off right tackle for a TD first play from scrimmage?...they'll see that again i can promise you , whether it be Peterson or Jones...running the ball and pressuring Brees is the only way you're going to beat them at the Superdome...a fast start helps when you play good defense...

...the Cardinals had a plan until they, or Warner for that matter, literally got hit...no one should've been under any illusion after they allowed 45 points at home a week ago...they could'nt pressure, as Dockett was a non-factor, Warner tried to do too much like i figured he would do...his toss-up to a double-covered Fitzgerald is just proof in the pudding...the Urban fumble turned the game...playing uphill against New Orleans is not something you want to be faced with on the road...i told my wife at 21-7 that it was all over...the Cardinals would pack up the running game and paint a bullseye on Kurt Warner...the turnover issues that haunted them down the stretch reared its ugly head again...they lost DRC, not that he was'nt banged up coming into the game...they did'nt pressure and they did'nt cover and the result is 45-14...they give up 45 in a game that New Orleans could've scored much, much more...

...the bad news for New Orleans is the condition of a valuable piece of their offense, namely Jeremy Shockey...he's gimpy [toe] and looks likely to be for the remainder of the post-season...there's no more bye weeks where you can recover...assuming the Cowboys can win and avoid injury it looks like Ware would be more than just situational as he was coming of the neck injury in the first meeting...if you can recall the sack-fumble he forced on McNabb in the last game just run it over through your head all week...it was deliciously violent and vicious...

...it depends on the outcome of tomorrow's game...my prediction, and i usually never make one is that either two things will happen...a close Vikings victory or a larger Cowboys one...it depends on Adams vs. Allen and Ware/Ratliff/Spencer versus the Minnesota o-line...i think if they can win one the two battles they have chance...either to outscore Minnesota or outlast them...win both of them and they'll roll...

...the defense looks pretty salty right now and if they can keep it up then i like their chances...

I try to avoid WWL during Saints season....it gets silly after a while!

The Cardinals started out fast and was getting ready to go back and forth with them until they started turning the ball over. They lost all of the Mo when Urban fumbled the ball. If we play the Saints next week and not turn the ball over, I don't think they can stop us.

It is downright unbearable. Bobby Hebert is usually sauced up, and he actually started dropping "S" bombs after they lost to the Cowboys. I'm surprised he's still on the radio.

The Saints have some diehard fans, but also a lot of clueless, bandwagon jumping fans, claiming to be part of the "Who Dat Nation".

One fan called WWL today and said he's been a Who Dat fan for 50 years. Ummm...the franchise has only existed for 43 years.
