I think you are reaching a bit on this one. I'd much rather see Zeke outrun defenders than punish them. And on this play, like you said, it wasn't Elliott doing the punishing, it was the other defender trying to make the tackle.

The impact and/or toll tackling Zeke has on players is common knowledge INSIDE league circles. I have read nuggets going back a few years on how you can literally hear the impact of tackling him from the sideline.

Just like the one you mentioned here goes through some crazy ones to downplay Zeke. Too many resort to extremes around here to try to make a point. Instead, it just makes it harder to believe them about a player when one of their points is actually valid.

What is there to "believe" about the fact that lots of defensive players have had to leave the game after tackling Zeke? That's not a statistic or analysis.. It is a verifiable phenomenon we all get to witness every week.

No, he got hurt because his teammate speared him in the helmet. If not for that, he tackled Zeke with no issue
