By the way, since this comes up often in Zeke threads, he carries a $16.7 million cap hit next year. The base salary portion of that cap hit is $10.9 million.

He would have to take a SIGNIFICANT pay cut to get that cap hit down. Even cutting his pay in half would still mean he would carry an $11.3ish cap hit, which is preposterous.

I still think he's gonna get cut. All depends on what they really think of Pollard. For all we know, they may think they can replace Pollard with a pick.

Yes I know he was actually taken out by his own man but it has been a recurring theme throughout his career but especially this year. Lots of defenders need to take a play or two off after tackling Zeke.. It's so much fun to watch him punish defenders. I know it's not sexy as a 30 yard run.. but if you've ever toted the rock, it's every bit as much fun to truck a fool as it is to outrun him. Come to think of it.. it's MORE!
