One of those an Eagle just ripped it out of his arms. That was the low point of that season for me. We shoulda had that game, but that play, along with the 8 second McNabb dance...:bang2:

i thought he had ~13 seconds to run around then pass it to the one WR who said his hands were golden, what was his name?

"the kid 05" is a good name for you then if you were born in 1987. My youngest is 3 years older than you. :geezer:

One of my greatest memories as a fan.

Glad to share it with everyone. I was so proud to be a Cowboys fan that night. Just like someone else said, TD33 is one of the main reasons I became a Cowboys fan (along with Thrill Hill). And notice Drew Pearson blocking all the way downfield. What a gamer.

"Anyone remember Calvin Hill?" would have been better.

I loved Calvin Hill. He was an awesome RB for us. Tough, high stepping guy who ran through tackles.

Yea, I can recall him and some of his exploits. He was good.

I was in Brunswich, Ga in a conference and I went into town to a radio station to find out who Dallas drafted. Dallas traded up (Seattle) in order to draft Dorsett.

He was the smoothest RB ever to play for Dallas. He was pure silk.

"He was good." quote

He was better than good. He was terrific!

Great story. He was smooth as silk, was he not? An "ultra" cool RB.

He is why I am a cowboys fan today. The first football game I ever watched was on CBS 4 pm game sometimes in the 80's. I watched him run and he immediately became my favorite player and the boys became my team.

Steve Slaton from WVU will remind you of Dorsett somewhat.

He is Dorsetts size, .. with his explosion in the hole and has great speed.

He glides through defenses like TD but speed can make you look like that.

I'm not saying he is as good as R. Bush or LT, but he is a game-breaking back like they are.

I would love to see him with a star on his helmet.
