This post is very true for me too.I really haven't been the same since the Green Bay playoff game in 2014. A culmination so many emotional swings over the years; that game was the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back.
It freed me, so to speak.
If we make it to the 2nd round of the playoffs or further, a football game may once again affect my emotional state (for better or worse).
For now, I just try to enjoy the ride...again...for better or worse.
Looking forward to tomorrow night
The crap Dez non-catch call broke my emotional attachment to this league. I still watch some games to pass the time (if I don't have anything better to do), but I am no longer emotionally invested in this team.
