Who is our best wide receiver?

OK. I was wrong about our wide receivers. We do have an elite wide receiver - and his name is Patrick Crayton. In my opinion, people who are excited about Crayton are not over-reacting. I think Crayton is our best wide receiver. I think he will lead the team in receiving yardage this year - and within the next two or three years he will be considered among the best in the league (Top 20).

I don't gush often about players. So why am I gushing about Crayton? Because he consistently makes very good plays - and he seems very confident and sure of himself. He's only been a wide receiver for 2 years, yet he looks like he's been doing it a long time. He can only get better. I really like the guy.

No Quincy Morgan in your options?

Just Kidding.

I think without a doubt, when healthy...Terry Glenn is the best WR on the team.

Man is the quickest, fastest, arguably the smoothest route runner of the three and If he does not have the best hands then he has the next best hands.

When healthy since he has become a cowboy he has made a believer out of me.

I tried to pump people up on Crayton all off-season, and said he was the real deal.

But for now Terry Glenn is still the best WR on this team.

He just does not get enough credit.

Hey, now I am one of the biggest Crayton homers on the board, but with that said he is not the best WR on this team right now.

He may very well become the best but right now Glenn is the best WR on the team. He has speed, hands and experiance. Glenns only real knock is he cant stay healthy.

I agree...Glenn. Give Crayton a few more games. He has a chance to become a star in this league. What a pair of Hands.

I voted for Glenn, but I really like Crayton as well. He is coming on like gangbusters.

1. Glenn. Has the speed and the hands. Hope he stays healthy.
2. Keyshawn. Will be solid when the season starts. He dosen't like pre-season.
3. Crayton. He may become a more important part of the offense than Keyshawn some time this year or next.

Antonio Bry....doh! Glenn if he could stay on the field is clearly the best on the team.

Key is neither a practice nor a preseason demon. And a lot of what he excells at is grunt work that make everyone else look better. When the season opens, he'll be there, and I don't think it will take Bledsoe long to appreciate it. I voted for Terry on talent alone, but for what he does for an offense, it"s KJ.

I think Crayton has enormous potential, may end up a more complete receiver than Terry or Key ever were, but the test will be when he sees regular season coverages, gets game planned by DCs, and when he's on the field w/o Terry in the regular season.

I do think Patrick is already the receiver AB is, and more.

I was waiting to read your post on this thread, and you did not disappoint. I voted for Glenn, because IMO, when healthy, he can give more big plays than Johnson.

BEcause of 3 preseason games?
3 preseason games were enough for 19 posters..

They saw the hands, the intelligence, the ever present sense of where he is and how to handle himself, the maturity that is amazing after just one year, and the in general good route running, and projected his rate of progress, (obviously those 19 voted on potential as well as what they've already seen).

Hey, I don't speak for those 19 posters ;). Glenn is our best, obviously.

Glenn is the best. That's not saying a whole lot though.
