I admit I'm a major homer fan, have been my entire life so I will watch the final game vs the Washington team just to keep my record str8.
I just don't pay as close attention anymore, but I'm always trying to identify young talent when they are given the chance, so I watch for that reason only now.
If you are watching this final game, what are your looking for?
In 1989 we had only 1 win and that was vs the Washington team and we knocked them out of playoff contention, was worth the entire season of suffrage.

Q tried to find it and he drafted O but never got to see him evolve and now he is probably done for good with that blown up knee.
This team needs real LBs, not safety conversions we all know where that has taken us.
Speed at LB is more relevant than often injured safety conversion projects...
We want speed and size at LB than take a close look at some of these speedy LBers with high ceiling.

That is a lot to ask for CC but can be accomplished, maybe another decade or so, if we are lucky as a fan base.
This current FO does not understand the very basic fundamentals that you speak of.

It was bleak in 89. For me, I paid almost no attention to them. Which , I like everyone here is die hard…this is worse. Because we have two complete clowns running the show. Until they step aside, it’s groundhog day

I'll watch some of it and get bored after a quarter or two, will probably end up doing something more productive with my time like watching paint dry. Whole season felt like a chore to me, first time in 25 years I haven't watched a single game from start to finish.

To say the thrill is gone would be an understatement.

I'm watching...haven't missed a game since I saw my first one as an 8 year old in 1974.
