That is a huge factor. Money matters. If you can get one of these guys at less than 10 a year you have a chance to build around them while not solely depending on them.

this is abut Money so it depends on the contract total cost, guarantees, Length etc etc


is it 35mil Dak vs someone we can save 5-10 mil per year and not lose much in production.. its too early to argue.. Drew and Tom are older and not sure how much$$ and length of contract they are demanding, it would be bad to invest anymore then 2 years in most of those guys but with the right Team put around them ,they could be worth a short window path to the SB..

Brees would be my choice if he stayed around 23mil he made this season, a strong run game to protect him like PMannings SB run in Denver could be a good match..the WCO offense shorter passes with a strong run game and 2 backs that can be a part of the pass game etc etc a seasoned HC this could work..2 year deal 50mil? also draft Fromm or hurts mid draft and start working them in..

However going young TB at 20-22 mil might be the best long term answer

its always about the contract first...what are they all demanding?

you can take off Rush hes backup period, , Winston will demand as much as dak and is not better,and maybe few others who will not be availbale...Tannehaill mos tlikely stays with Titans..

I'd actually say that Brady might be the better fit at this point, for us. If we were still running a vertical Offense, I would probably go with Brees if we were still running a vertical Offense but I think Brady probably fits WC better the does Brees.

But I do agree with the Fromm idea.

Brees may actually like Dallas not much of a move from LA, Brady is looking for a perfect fit and Dallas most likely not it..in the end TB12 most likely stays in NE..

There are not a lot of teams out there with a better fit for Brady IMO. In fact, I don't think there are any. I don't know what Tom Brady is going to do. He may indeed stay in NE but the discussion was Brees or Brady so I was simply responding to the post.
