Really? They were 3-13 in 2005 and had the 3rd pick in the draft which they drafted Vince Young. Vince didn't start until the 4th game of the season (against Dallas) They were 0-3 before he started. They finished 9-7 last season. (8-5 with Young starting) This season they are 6-3 tied for the 4th best record in the AFC. I think you are confused. You don't go from 3-13 to a pretty good football team in spite of the QB you drafted #3 overall.
Have you watched them this season? I have. And they're winning in spite of Young.

In one game they scored 21 points in the 2nd half with Young only throwing 6 passes. The rest of the team makes up for his lack of production.

Young: 4 TDs, 10 INTs. And don't mention his rushing TDs, cause he only has 2 of those. He hurts his team more than he helps it.

Offense: Romo
He has to be, he's playing lights out and this is only his second season starting. What other current QB has been this successful their 2nd year as a starter?

Defense: Jacques Reeves
He's got more experience this season than basically his entire career, and we now know we can rely on him not just as a solid #3, but he's often been matched up against the opposing teams best receiver.

Bradie is a close second, but he had 101 tackles last season, so he's obviously no slouch. The scheme probably just suits him better now.

I agree that Young is helping them, but for them to become a great team, he has to improve quite a lot.

I sure hope he can do it, I've been a huge fan of his since I saw him play in high school.

Offense: Jason Witten, he scored 1 TD last year

Defense: Anthony Henry/Bradie James, can't decide between the two

offense -- leonard davis. no he wasn't on the team last year, but JJ gambled big time on davis who for some reason did not live up to expectations in arizona.

defnese: bradie james and/or jay ratliff. ratliff is more impressive to me given his shift in assignment and the fact he is playing out of position.
