Who is the only CB and Safety you would take in FA??

Who is the 1 Corner you would go after in FA?

I saw some mention Brandon Carr as CB....

I already know i want Michael Griffin as a free safety....Corner is still a big ? for me though

Brandon Carr is the only FA DB I'll consider as of right now.

Yeah same here....i was thinking of just drafting 2, and washing our hands of the situation.

Considering our lack of luck and/or abillity to hit on draft picks, I'd prefer to get a reliable starter via FA, especially since so many are available, and then allow a 2nd rounder to compete for the nickel spot.

Not only does competition help on field performance, but it would be nice to have good depth so if someone goes down we don't have Frank Walker and Allan Ball stepping on the field

We missed the boat on safeties in the draft and free agency. We have to make due with two Mr. Irrelevants in the defensive backfield.

depends on how physical he is with WR coming off the line of scrimmage. Guys who are good at being very physical at the line can cause a lot of problems for WR getting into the rout and on timing with the QB.

He might have slowed a bit now but he ran a 4.33 at the combine. He's definitely fast enough to keep with them.

Agreed with both. It wasn't a smart *** type of question, i was being for real, because he is a guy i only watch when i see him getting physical.

I will say if anything we need his type of attitude on this D.

Finnegan shows attitude, and seems to play hard every down.

I haven't seen much on his cover skills to make a fair judgement on that part...but i trust what others have said above me

At corner i think Carr is the best choice but wouldn't mind Finnegan, we still need to draft at least two for backups, Ball and Walker have to go especially walker with those dumb penalties. i think we stay with the same safeties.
