Who is your favorite defensive player thats currenty on this team? ( Doesnt have to be the best player either)
Orlando Scandrick is my choice.

Scandrick is a good choice. I like Rolando McClain as well. He can be my favorite, even though his recent play hasn't been as beastly as his early season work.

He's a regular Bob Sanders. So great just no help to the actual team.

RoMc is a better player anyway.

Who you say is better then him? Even with the injuries since he's been in the nfl with the cowboys who on this def has even come close to half his production and turnovers?

what i meant was....given his injury history....i couldnt say he was the best player on the defense "BY FAR" up until last year i could argue that Ware was better than him.

Did ware have as many game changing plays that Lee had? Ware had alot of empty sacks. Was avg against the run. Still cant recognize a screen. Lee knowledge of the game and study habits is what seperated him from everybody else on this defense since hes been in Dallas. And even with McClain and season hes having if Dallas decided to go with Lee instead it would still be the better choice.

A tougher question would be "you are the GM, you have to blow up this defense and can only bring back one player".

Even that question makes you think.

I guess I would have to go with Scandrick.

But it is pretty incredible there are so many players that if they were gone tomorrow that nobody would miss.

Lee won't even regain his spot on defense next season if McClain is still on the roster if he can even make it far enough to participate in position battles.

If McClain plays MLB and Lee plays Will, it's because McClain can't play any other spot, and Lee can. I'm not saying one is better than the other, but Lee is definitely more versatile.
