Who knew? Now you know

I wonder who of the dismissive "tinfoiler" chastisers are the same one's claiming Dez got robbed in 2014 by suspect refereeing. Enjoy your delusion.

The Dallas franchise in in a bind. There's no denying that Jerry is a delusional jokester of a GM and that JG is but one of his biggest delusions as the Cowboys' franchise savior. If that's not enough, NFL Commissioner Goodell is on a mission of revenge to inhibit the Cowboys' franchise and everything that they've been in their all too distant past. All of this, despite the nation's legal justice system being so wrongly ignored along the way. There are so many things sorely wanting with this team's management than meets the eye. Simply put, we're in trouble.

It's an outrageously untenable road that the Dallas Cowboys fans are expected to travel upon and support as we continue on. The Dallas FO had beter wake up to the anemic ways that they now promote. A good example of talent acquisition anemia is Stephen Jones' paranoid policy in veteran FA that only serves to frustrate adequate talent acquisition. Hopefully, good sense and better judgment might somehow prevail in this team's future. How's about relying upon someone adequately qualified to acquire talent? Lock Jerry in the broom closet while Will McClay does his job.

Here's a fun fact:

Roger Goodell is from a small city in western NY called Jamestown and he's not even the most famous person from there.

Who is - you ask?

How about Lucille Ball.

Oh - there's also Natalie Merchant and the Ten Thousand Maniacs and Shane Conlan from the Bills.

...and me, and I'll be famous one day too. :)

Not bad for a small place in the middle of the snow belt.

all I know is it wasnt a weather baloon that crashed in Roswell.....there were multiple shooters on 11/22/63.....Bigfoot is real.....and goodell is a empty suit who has disgraced the legacy of the office he has fleeced....he is a swamp rat who has ruined this game.
GO COWBOYS!!!
Bigfoot is definitely real. I dated her in high school.

Ya think a bunch of football players would keep quiet about that? Now, think about some of those interviews. Would you trust them to keep a secret?
Yeah the players and coaches could not be involved..
Refs could steer games to favor
Certain outcomes.
In this SB Phil had no close calls
Reversed, and no penalty at key times.
Also plenty of no calls that sometimes matter more.
Gambling is big business, and
And if it is true that they were
Big-time bookies, then it is possible that games are influenced by refs.

Yes. They sign a death pact when they join the league.

Come with me on a journey . . . rabbit holes and all.

But please as a rule of thumb leave all preconceived perceptions behind.
Go ahead and read the original article in its original order, but you will be confused mystified and entranced

https://www.cnbc.com/2014/01/29/-family-of-nfl-commissioner-roger-goodell.htmla

But I will be putting it in its good and proper order

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN

The Goddells

Many here have been perplexed and greatly confounded to even offer a contract to the biggest stumbling fumbling Commissioner of all time.

But you never stopped to ask who are the Goddells you couldn't get past Rodger

Father replaced the assassianated Kennedy. (You know the one who was gonna get revenge) He was appointed not elected for those of you keeping score

. . comes from a family that includes a maverick U.S. senator, (Gifted not earned)

The most famous Goodell is Roger's father, Charles. He gained national prominence as a Republican U.S. senator in the late 1960s, . . . . Charles practiced law for two years after leaving Congress, and then became chairman of DGA International, a LOBBYING FIRM (influence)

Charles went to Yale Law. (ELITE PRESTIGE). . . and two of his sons have become successful lawyers.

Bill Goodell

Bill Goodell the oldest in the family of five boys, is chief operating officer of Maverick Capital, Lee Ainslie's $9 billion hedge fund firm.

Bill Goodell has dabbled in politics and political influence . . .In 2012 and 2013, he was CHAIRMAN of the Managed Funds Association, the top hedge fund lobbying group; his STILL on the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.

1st off that's not Dabbling, that is owning Washington, and 2nd lobbying isn't a part of politics. Its above it. It scatters the bread crumbs for the greedy seagulls

He is also co-chair of the Environmental Defense Action Fund, the lobbying arm of the Environmental Defense Fund.

(From Wikipedia) Environmental Defense Fund or EDF (formerly known as Environmental Defense) is a United States–based nonprofit environmental advocacy group. The group is known for its work on issues including global warming, ecosystem restoration, oceans, and human health, and advocates using sound science, economics and law to find environmental solutions that work. It is nonpartisan, and its work often advocates market-based solutions to environmental problems.

Membership (2016)

Tim Goodell

Tim Goodell, also a lawyer, is senior vice president and general counsel of Hess. He helped the oil company defend itself against activist investor Paul Singer and his hedge fund firm,

Michael Goodell, (His not as successful in his own right, he's more of a happy lover)

second-youngest brother, Michael Goodell, is a Pilates instructor in the Los Angeles area. His longtime partner, Jack Kenny, is a Hollywood writer and producer known for creating the short-lived NBC series "The Book of Daniel," a controversial show loosely inspired by the Goodell family.

Hollywood producer. Woah SCORE

This just demonstrates the level of generational entitlement. Intern to commissioner. Fairytale. More like contrived fantasy story. He's locked in and ain't going no where.

But this brings us to the 2nd part of our story.

The key to the cipher.

Football is not classified as a sport. It is classified as strictly entertainment ( no different then WWE)

https://forums.denverbroncos.com/sh...he-NFL-an-Entertainment-Business-like-the-WWE

He also notes, with evidence, throughout the book that no fewer than 26 NFL team owners have or have had continuous and developing relationships with the gambling world, most notably the Rooney, Bidwill, and Mara families all getting their starts as Bookmakers for established mid-west crime families and buying their NFL franchises with moneys earned from gambling

There is only another "sports" organization that I can think of that follows this, the WWE. Levy also argued that the league markets its products and merchandise as a whole to promote the NFL as a whole.

Professional sports is the only industry without ANY federal oversight. Therefore the league can do and go as they see fit,

They pick and choose who will win its all scripted

With all the closed knit comroderie. It becomes even more amazing to see hown Jerry run Rough Shot over the whole NFL. With all the marketing battles he won how many times has he stuck it to the league. That in reality is one entity. A league whose endings and out comes have been scripted. He ruled the league with the most talent. How many rimes was it decided the Cowboys would lose in the 90s. But Jerry would still win.

With all the bad calls and the Elliott situation It really makes me wonder if we aren't still paying for Jerry's audacity. The same ancient NFL families are running things now. They are the ones backing Goodell. And Goodell is attacking Jerry.

Ill put it this way. Just think back to all the time you wasted away from your loved ones. Hoping and praying that your favorite team would win in your favorite sport. Wasted. Because you are watching a soap opera that has been scripted to benefit gambling and those who profit from it. Its not a sport its entertainment.

So from this point on don't act as if the best team will win. . That's not what this is about. Its about dubbing you out of your money. Because you believe a delusion. Give it up and move on. Its not sport and they are all bad actors

RIP NFL

And the delusion that brought so much Joy to my life.

You will be greatly missed. But I can't help hating you for the liar you turned out to be.

Oh and another RIP will be this
:igglestrophy:
Good bye funny trophy case

Bigfoot is definitely real. I dated her in high school.

Jerry had her on his party bus. I heard it was hard to tell who smelled worse, her or Jerry.

if not for the higgs mechanism, goodell would never have existed. the man is the living example of hubris. he thought he'd enter the nfl as a knight in shining armor and clean up all the mess. all he did was create a far larger mess. why owners chose to stand behind him is difficult to understand. probably because they figured bringing in a new commissioner would be a war between themselves.
Easy answer. They approve of what he's doing. Which is their bidding.

Falling for him being an indivdual entity is like falling for that cockamamie crapp that we never landed on the moon. Just another conspiracy theory easily shot down by facts and logic.

I doubt they all approve. Kumbaya does not exist across the board in the billionaire boy's club. Retaining him as opposed to finding someone new was the lesser of two evils.

Sounds like JG would get along great with that family. His type of people. Ivy league educated lifelong politicians (aka professional bull sitter).
