Childress or Phillips.

Brad Childress signed an extension mid-season so he's locked in unless disaster ensues. However, the coach that loses this game will be under an incredible amount of pressure.

Phillips will probably lose his job, which I think is a mistake. It takes years to build continuity and you can't build a winner rebuilding and retooling every 3 years. Most successful coaches, don't reach the post-season until year 3 as history has shown. It took Andy Reid, John Gruden, and Mike Holmgren at least 5 seasons before any of them made a Super Bowl appearance.

If Childress loses, and he loses Favre, the wheels are going to come off in a hurry as Jackson has proven he can't get it done.

I don't think Wade is gone if we lose on Sunday.

If we lose 83-10, maybe.

I think Wade job is secured for next season at the very least.

As far as who needs this game both teams need it this what they all play for.

Not sure what the Head Coaching situation is in Minnesota but I believe the decision to retain Wade Phillips was made when the Cowboys beat the Eagles in the last Regular Season Game.

After the 2nd Win against Philadelphia, Jerry Jones said basically that the paper work hadn't been done because he wanted to keep the Coaches and players on edge.

Forget about the periferal stuff.

Wade NEEDS this more.

He can erase EVERYTHING negative in his coaching career.

SuperBowl or bust. Dont settle for anything. Dont settle for just any woman... dont just settle for winning a playoff game or two.

Brad Childress was given an extention so he is not going anywhere.

Both teams need it, but realistically for the Vikes to go one and done would be shattering. Plus, losing to the Cowboys is never a good thing especially if you're a Viking fan. (Herschal Walker trade and the Hail Mary come to mind)

If the Cowboys show up to play and lose a close game, JJ will bring Wade back. The only way he fires him is if this team looks like it was unprepared for the Vikings.

I just don't think we see this team show up unready to play. They have that fire in their bellies that only gets quenched by Lombardi!

If the defense comes to play, Wade keeps his job regardless of the outcome. Defense is his specialty, so if all of sudden the Cowboys can't tackle, rush and cover in the biggest game in over a decade, Wade would probably be in trouble.

Who cares about those guys..........WE NEED IT MORE!

IM SICK TO DEATH OF WATCHING OTHER TEAMS ON CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND, WATCHING OTHER TEAMS GO TO BATTLE IN THE WORLD'S GREATEST SINGLE SPORTING EVENT.

I WANT TO SEE OUR TEAM DO THAT AND I WANT TO SEE IT NOW!
