I would do what Jimmy suggested, trade McCarthy for Tomlin.

Tomlin always fields good team regardless of how bad the QB. They make the playoffs, which keeps them from being in position to draft a decent QB.

MCcarthy is a Pittsburg guy and may do well there.

Tomlin would not want to coach here

I would love Saleh as the DC Flores as the HC and an up and comer as the OC. Maybe bring in Lincoln Riley.

That gives you strong leadership in the locker room that could change the culture in spite of the owner.

You and me both. Problem is the culture is so deep rooted and players can go above the coach so it won’t matter who’s hired. Unless it’s someone that will actually tell Jerry off.
