You and me both. Problem is the culture is so deep rooted and players can go above the coach so it won’t matter who’s hired. Unless it’s someone that will actually tell Jerry off.

I wonder if Stephen is making this hire. If that’s the case who knows.

I like Rex Ryan. He's a good coach.

I would say Kellen Moore might be the top choice because of his familiarity with Dak and the investment they just made with his ridiculous contract.

Aaron Glenn would be my guy but don’t see this happening. Young is fine by me vs retread.

personally i would throw some resources and try and acquire Sean McVay from the Rams.
Might be better to go after Kevin O'Connell. Saw a report he only has one more year left and might not want to stay in Minnesota......who are we kidding, Jerry isn't doing any of this

You can't slip anything past Ed.

Kellen Moore has to be a top candidate to succeed Mike McCarthy. Played QB in Dallas, has been Dak Prescott’s teammate and play-caller. Began coaching career under Jason Garrett. Offense had historic success with him as McCarthy play-caller.

Just won playoff game with Eagles and has called plays them in season they’ve been the most dominant rushing team in the league.

I don’t think accountability would be a problem with Jon Gruden he is uncompromising imo as a coach. I don’t think he would be afraid to play politics with Jerry but Gruden is probably the most “football guy” out of anyone I’ve ever known of

Probably why he won’t be hired.

Jerry would probably do it just to stick it to Goodell but we’d end up going 18 games without a hold called in our favour.

were the most valuable franchise, we should have good competent people running this team from top to bottom, personally i like O’Connell and even the Cinncy coach but McVay is still tops for me.

Agreed and with his gig at Barstool it’s probably unlikely that he would take the risk to coach again but I mean he does love it
