Everyone's thoughts/opinions on cuts, firings, etc. and who YOU would want brought in.

Mainly because I want to forget about this piss poor game. Also I'm curious to hear what logical moves should be made... so I can prepare myself for the exact opposite to happen.

I can see Austin, and although I agree on the other two not sure if I see it happening. How long are their contracts good through?

The owner committed Elite franchise QB money to Romo and he's CLEARLY not worth that amount of money. Dallas is in a world of trouble financially SMH!

I'd cut every bad contract (including Romo and Ware) and do whatever it took to clean the cap up. I don't care if it would result in Dallas fielding a high school team in 2014, I'm done kicking the can down the road.

I'd fire Garrett and make sure that I hired a coach with a proven track record of developing QB's.

I would try to do everything in my power to get a reasonable replacement for Romo ASAP.

Sorry folks, he still doesn't get the game. When we were moving the ball at will in the first half and were up 13-3, he decided to throw it 8 times in a row and it stalled out the drives. When we had the chance to really lock the game, he became a pass happy QB. And we had all of those underthrows which, as I've been saying, has been a problem this year. He doesn't have the zip on the ball, the mobility in the pocket and the accuracy he used to have. And not that it mattered because he was going to choke it away.

After that, I'd get rid of Miles and look to trade Claiborne. I'd also consider trying to get out of the Brandon Carr contract or at least get a way to lighten it up.

We've tried the Romo experiment...it hasn't worked. Perhaps if he saw a threat to his starting position he would wise up. And we've tried the 'spend $$$ on cover corners and go cheap on safeties' and that hasn't worked either.

Him throwing 45 times while only running it 17 times is more on coaching then it is on Romo. Garrett isn't qualified to be the head coach and Jerry isn't qualified to be the GM.

It's time to gut this stinking fish and salvage what talent we can and invest in the future.
