I wanted the Eagles to lose so they would be 0-3 in the division and in last place. Now they have a bit of hope and tied for 1st. The division is still wide open though and expect Dallas to start the slow march back to first place over the next several weeks.

I really want that to happen. I have no idea what to expect from Cassel...But I am hoping the "changeup" gives us a boost. We need to beat NY and Philly....We beat those two teams.,....and were good. real good.

Get Romo back, get Dez back. Get the defense jelling....etc etc...go into the playoffs with some momentum.....
I still think there is a more than reasonable chance that can happen......

But we gotta win some games here.....sweeping NY/Philly is hard in any year. But, those teams arent impressing me at all. They are beatable; Its like the start of a whole new season with Cassel. We can do this.............:)

I think I prefer both the Eagles and Giants being 1-2 in the division and 3-3 overall, especially since it was the home game for the Eagles... If the Giants had won, they'd have the same number of divisional wins as Dallas who is 2-0 in the NFCE... Also if the Giants had won, we'd be a game and a half out of first, now we're only a half-game out of first.

However I understand your desire to see the Eagles dead and buried as early as possible.

The Giants are no threat. They'll be lucky to win 7 games. Philly has an easier schedule than us, so it's important that they lose as much as possible.

We can't lose another 2 before Romo comes back, or we can kiss the division goodbye, and a wildcard will be tough to come by this year.

Down the stretch every Philly team has faded. That pace on offense and constantly on the field with the defense has led them to fade dramatically each year. The Giants, on the other hand, tend to get stronger.

I'm not worried about either team if we can just get healthy and still be in it. If we're not healthy with Romo and Dez, we won't even beat the Commanders.
