Of course Romo says they were holding back, what would you say if you played that poorly??? You do know that ALOT of what is said to the media is to save face, of course your players are "saying" we hope to play them again but really think about that logic.... oh yeah, please let us play the hottest team in the NFC , the team that just whooped us by 21 points, the team that is playing inspired, yes please let us play them again. Really, that makes sense???

As far as TO, I'm not hoping he won't be 100%, it's a fact! Take some time and look up some information on High Ankle Sprains. It's not an injury that you just bounce back from.

Momentum - the word delusional comes to mind while reading your response!

I'm not trying to be a troll here, look back at the posts, you guys started the name calling and team bashing 8)

Players normally do not come back as quick as TO did from a broken leg and produce over 100 yards in receptions in the SB. TO has proven time and again over his career of being able to come back from injuries quickly. I have no doubt he will be ready to go in the post season

1. The Cowboys will welcome any team that wants to get slaughtered at Texas Stadium...they have no preference.

2. T.O. doesn't have to be 100% in the playoffs....he's already proven that fact.

3. Deadskins are a 9-7 wildcard team lucky to make the playoffs...nothing more.

1. Texas Stadium don't scare me!

2. TO is also a big crybaby, he's proven that also!

3. Luck = when skill meets opportunity

Nice try!!!!

Let's not forget the fact that TO is not immune to the one factor that catches us all at some point.... age! It slows down alot of things including the ability for the body to heal. Just Sayin'

I don't want to play any of them, frankly, but if I had to pick one it would be TB. I want no parts of Washington whatsoever. I'd much rather play the Giants, but I don't feel real good about that. Frankly, I don't feel very good period.

Given the condition he is in and the fact that the degree of the high ankle sprain did not appear to be sever I think he will be fine. TO will get treatment at this house and along with the hyperbolic chamber he uses I'm sure TO will do what ever he has to, to get ready for this game. I'm not one of the biggest TO fans at this site but I have seen enough of him over the years to know TO is not going to miss being on center stage and he will produce on that stage.

1. It should...your team lost there this year.

2. Kinda like you in this thread.

3. You need a dictionary and a wake up call.

I don't know what percent he will be but he is still a player that will draw the doubles and has to be accounted for at all times and that is what helps the Cowboys offense produce.

I would agree that TO's age makes it harder for him to come back than many people seem to think. Additionally high ankle sprains take a long time to heal. If this were any player buy TO I think people would be expecting him back in the conference championship at the earliest.

How does this prove we don't want to see you again?

Of course Romo says they were holding back, what would you say if you played that poorly??? Keep believing what you saw yesterday was what you'll see in two weeks.

As far as TO, I'm not hoping he won't be 100%, it's a fact! Take some time and look up some information on High Ankle Sprains. It's not an injury that you just bounce back from.

Do a little research yourself. TO came back from an ankle injury where he broke it....then had ligament damage....and played in the SB. He was supposed to be out for the year after that. He was supposed to be out 2-4 weeks with a broken hand last year, but never missed a game.

He's a fast healer.

Momentum - the word delusional comes to mind while reading your response!

No, delusional is thinking yesterday's Cowboy team is the same Cowboy team you'll see in two weeks. How can anyone in their right mind think that was the best we had to offer?

I'm not trying to be a troll here, look back at the posts, you guys started the name calling and team bashing 8)

That's exactly what you're doing. You surely can't expect to come on a Cowboy board and expect to see us not bashing the Skins?

Trolls appear on this board only after their team wins. Why didn't you show up after the first meeting?

1. Can't argue that, but this time would be different... not just the outcome but the entire feel of the game from the 'Skins side of the ball.

2. Ya mind clearing up how it is that I'm being a crybaby? Am I the one running around with the "we were holding back", you beat our backups"???

3. What does a dictionary have to do with my outlook on a particular subject? Not clear on that!

If the Commanders mission is to be at home to watch the Cowboys and Packers play in the NFC Championship consider mission complete. :star:

Just Curious... Do all Cowboys fans jump to conclusions??

I never, not one time said that we saw the best that the cowboys had to offer yesterday... But I also don't believe that the girls didnt want to win this game.

1. Your getting way ahead yourself (as Deadskins fans usually do) you should be trolling the Seahag boards and then pray.

2. You gotta be kidding me?

"Of course Romo says they were holding back, what would you say if you played that poorly??? Sounds like a crybaby to me.

3. Luck is just that...LUCK. Don't try to spin it in your favor by making up your own definition of it.

Sure we wanted to win the game. But we also didn't go into it with the right mindset. We also didn't want to sacrifice much to win....we didn't have anything riding on the game.

I'm disappointed in our effort. But I agree with the basic strategy. Vanilla gameplans....offensively and defensively. I just wish we would've played harder.

You're the one on here trying to convince us (and possibly yourself) in the Commanders' superiority.
