He may not get suspended this year, he's already had a judge throw out one of the charges and on the second one(a misdemeanor) the jury was hung at 6-2 in his favor but the prosecutor is planning on a second trial. But regardless the Cowboys have already said that they aren't interested, he isn't regarded as that good of a player so why deal with the headache.

Corners are one of the hardest positions to draft with success.

WR's come a dime a dozen.

you can find a guy with Henry's talent in the draft every year. Why even waste our time on pathetic failure like him.

Henry doesn't have the same appeal as Adam Jones. Adam Jones is one of the very best in the league at his position, which makes it appealing to gamble on him.

Henry, on the otherhand, while being an impressive physical specimen, and a guy who has flashed great potential, hasn't proven much.
