Who wil try to hire Garrett as their head coach next year.

I've always been impressed by Garrett, and think enough of him that I'd like him to be the headcoach of the Cowboys for a long time to come... even if it means him taking that position before he is entirely ready for it.

For instance, if he was offered a HC position by another team this off-season, and wasn't willing to wait another year or two, I'd sack Phillips... as disruptive and counter-intuitive as that may be. I'd then bring in an OC who has HC experience, someone like Norv, to help him through those first two years.

That's how much I think of Garrett, and want him to be our HC. I hope it doesn't come to that, but if it did, I'd rather that then lose him.

people are calling him the next Norv Turner but I think he will be better.(only reason turner was good was cause he had triplets.)

I'm betting on the NYFG. Garrett's spent time there, it's a plum job, they (ostensibly) have their franchise QB and a solid offense, Coughlin's on borrowed time and it's another situation where they can replace an authoritarian regime with a easy-going one. And it'll hurt the Cowboys. We won't be in a position to do much about it, either.
