I really like Dan Lanning. But there is no way ever, never that Jerry would consider hiring him. He’s too much like Jimmy Johnson was. Young, football smart, charismatic, builds a great culture and holds people accountable. Everything Jerry doesn’t want in a head coach.

You are correct we’re talking about his office of coordinator position problem is we’re talking about the head coach I think as a head coach he’s really not as bad as I mean the list Jerry may have to replace him so voice of reason here is if Mike McCarthy remains the head coach it has to have conditions attached so he will not be part of the office and they will hire an outside office of coordinator that can come in and have full control of a new offensive staff

But it can’t be business as usual and I know it can be seen as that with Jerry but we absolutely need a different offensive coordinator this is the one of the worst offenses I’ve ever seen on a professional level .....
