My gues after another mediocre season will most likely be garret or romo or both. Not sure how many bad season it takes before the cowboys figure out what the real prob is...

Easy, I never blamed either one for a loss. It is a team game when the Cowboys lose the team lost it and when we win the team won it. There are many mistakes within a game that are costly

Without a doubt.

With all of the Owens vs Witten/Romo stuff.... Romo better have a great season, or he'll get blamed plenty.

He is getting blamed by many for this season, so nothing new there. He is the QB of the Cowboys and knowing our history if we don't win the QB catches all the heat. Ask Meredith, Morton, White and so on.

Wow, and none of you have named the one MOST responsible for this 12 year drought. The Man Himself. Jerry Jones. I place 90% of the Cowboys problems squarely on his plate. Get a REAL GM Jerry. Quit meddling, and let the REAL Football people do their jobs. They are ultimately more competent than you are.

TO will still get the blame next year for having shattered Romo's mental confidence.

If Romo's mental confidence is shattered, we're screwed anyway.

Seems the only ones making these excuses are those who wanted TO to stay. Maybe I missed it but I don't recall TO taking the blame for any loss, he may have taken heat by some fans for dropping a pass but that is going to happen with you are hollering for the ball all the time, you want the ball then make the play if you fail then you will hear it.

one of my thoughts. it seems the "rabid fans" always have to have someone to:

1. trade
2. whine about

when the natural occurance of events takes place, they just move onto the next victim. one huge reason i just don't talk much in big forums. too much WAH WAH WAH for me these days.

but yea, roy was a huge whipping post. even when not on the field, he was the target of a lot of animosity. no he was never the player we all hoped he'd be but he was never as bad as his critics made him out to be either.

i'm betting a vast majority of those wanting roy gone will simply shift targets and whine about someone else now.

Um, whoever deserves to be blamed. That's how it usually works.

Romo will definitely be on my watching list next season. He will receive the same treatment TO received, but he'll receive it based on his play and not off the field stuff.

you don't HAVE to get all bent out about anyone. there's just this pack of wolves out there waiting to pounce on their least fav player for good reasons or just made up ones.

You did not do that this past season?
