Who Will Win The NBA Championship?

That's the biggest bunch of bull I've ever heard.
:laugh2: So true.

Come on folks, there are Dallas Cowboy fans everywhere that never lived in the DFW area. That's fine as far as I can tell.
So the same logic applies to the Lakers or Yankees.

The only city I've ever "lived in" that has a major sports team is Los Angeles. So I can only be a fan of the Lakers/Clippers, Dodgers/Angels, Kings? And I guess I can't like any NFL teams.

The only one of those teams I will ever pull for is the Dodgers, but they aren't my favorite baseball team.

I grew up in central Illinois and became a Cowboy and SF Giant fan because of my dad, and a Bulls fan because of where I lived.

There was no other choice on the baseball and football teams, that's just how it was.

No one can tell me I can't be a fan because I've never lived in Dallas or San Francisco. Been rooting for them since I could first root, and that's not gonna change.

It's funny that I'm called a "Front Runner" because I'm a Lakers and Cowboys fan. My dads been a Cowboys fan since the 70's and we live in Los Angeles, and the comment about you have to live 2 years in a city to become a fan is one of the stupidest comments I've ever read.

Sickens me how many Cowboy fans are also Laker fans .....

Makes me understand how other teams fans view us.

Why ?

Some people have lived most of their lives in both areas(me:D ) and it isn't like the Cowboy's have done anything recently....

We can't even thank about being mentioned with the winning organizations and Cowboy fans that think we should be.....Make me understand how other teams fans view us.

Anyone but the HEAT. UGH.

I am a Kobe fan. I love that guy's drive and killer instinct and his ability to be clutch when it matters most. So IM just a bandwagon Laker fan, and I admit it.

I like the Spurs too, since I have family there and they are the only Texas basketball team I support.

I hate, hate, hate, Mavericks and their pompous owner.

Do no care either way about Houston Rockets.

So hopefully its either Spurs or Lakers this year.

and Yankee fans :puke:
yea. i noticed that especially among younger fans. Its obvious they root for the most popular teams. I despise the lakers and the yankees. I root for all texas teams,Dallas that is. I love my Mavs as much as my Cowboys but they gotta get it back together within this next month or they are in trouble.

Well it's not like they're falling apart. They've looked great at times. They just need to integrate the new pieces a little better and try to get back to the well oiled machine they were earlier in the season. A little more from Peja, a little more consistent defense, and Dirk playing like he did against New York and they will be alright.

I wish Roddy hadnt missed half the season.

this is the first time in my life that i belive there are 6 teams who could easily win it all, maybe even 8. Usually its like 3 or 4 teams with a realistic chance, i cant wait for the second round and onward this year! should be great!
